Toronto Beer Lovers
Finally!!!! Toronto is hosting its first ever Toronto Beer Week which will be taking place from September 20th-26th in various venues throughout the city. If you enjoy the craft of beer making and want to be a part of the beer movement in your own backyard or you’re just interested in trying new flavors, this is the event for you. With 45 participating venues, 15 brewers, and 5 importers, there is something here for everyone to enjoy. For the next 6 days, there will be featured events being held at different bars/pubs/restaurants with educational seminars, tastings, and great food to accompany the even better tasting beers. We have searched different venues that will be hosting events every day of the week. If you can’t get out during the day, not to worry, the city will be filled with action, music, entertainment, and most importantly, BEER, BEER, and more BEER at all hours of the evening.
Here is a short list of venues that will be hosting events but there is much more to see if these suggestions do not appeal to you.
MONDAY – Bar Volo
Located in the heart of downtown Toronto, Bar Volo will be featuring the top 10 rated Ontario beer on tap just $4.00 a pint.
TUESDAY- La Palette
Bar Brawls? Yes that’s what I said. Pick any 3 draughts and the chef will accompany it with a perfectly matched snack for only $9.00. This is sure to go down perfectly!
WEDNESDAY – The Paddock
A friendly game of Spin the Bottle will be held where you will play the roulette wheel to see which of the 30 bottled brews you will drink for a very low price all night long, not to mention the additional prizes that can be won.
THURSDAY – C’est What
For those of you with a budget, this event is perfect. Live music and beer for only $6.00 or its free when you wear you Toronto Beer Week shirt.
FRIDAY – Beerbisrto
German Beer tasting from the world’s oldest brewery
SATURDAY- Beir Market
Oktoberfest comes early! Great draught with all the trimmings.
SUNDAY – The Beer Quest
This event will wrap up the week providing Torontonians an urban adventure to solve clues about beer and win prizes.

WOW! how did i not know about this! I guess i picked the wrong weekend to visit my hometown! would have loved to have gone to some of these events.... Will they be hosting it again next year?

Hey guys, thanks for the comments and interest in our blog. This event seemed really cool and we wish we could have made it out this year.You could have picked up one of these T-Shirts from any of the venues listed above as well as the ones posted on the website.
